So you have found the product of your dreams and want to know if we ship to you?

Domestic (within Australia): Absolutely, we ship Australia wide!

International (outside Australia): Due to the size of the Moses and bassinet baskets, international shipping can be quite costly so we don’t routinely ship internationally. However, if you would really like to purchase one of our products, please contact us directly on hello@thirtythree-south.com and we can arrange a shipping quotation for you. Note that any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long will it take to despatch and deliver my order?
We aim to despatch all available stock within 72 hours on business days via the the nominated courier service. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Public holidays and busy shopping periods such as pre Christmas may affect despatch and delivery times. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

Can I give an Authority to Leave if I won't be home?
We understand that life is busy and you may not be at home when the package is due to be delivered, so if you would like to authorise for your delivery to be left without a signature please let us know by email at hello@thirtythree-south.com, however we can’t be responsible for any packages that are missing in this circumstance. For all other cases, a signature on receipt will be required and any missed delivery’s can be organised with the courier company for an alternate date and time.

Does Thirty Three South deliver to Post Office Boxes?
No.

Does Thirty Three South deliver to multiple addresses?
We ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been despatched?
We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, however we can change your address before your order has been dispatched.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Be quick and we'll do our best to help you. We work with a third-party warehouse in Sydney and our ability to add items will depend on whether your initial order has been packed and dispatched already.


Returns:
We have no doubt you will absolutely love your purchases from Thirty Three South. However, we do also understand that things happen – you had a brain freeze (baby brain anyone?) or you received a similar item as a gift – so if you do change your mind about a product purchased from us, we are more than happy to offer you a credit note or exchange for the cost of the product (excluding your shipping costs) provided the below conditions are met:

  • Contact us at hello@thirtythree-south.com within 14 days of receipt and we will provide return details.
  • Product/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Thirty Three South, please contact us in this instance.
  • Product/s must be unused with all original tags attached and packaging and in original condition.
Do I have to return my items in their original packaging?

Ideally, yes. Items should be returned in their original packaging to make sure they are protected in transit.

What method should I use for returns?
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all return delivery costs. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery, as we are not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.

How will I be refunded?
Once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, an exchange or credit note will be issued. Unfortunately, gift cards and sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Also, please note that due to hygiene reasons, the Moses, bassinet and changing baskets cannot be returned due to change of mind, so please consider your purchase carefully.

How do you classify faulty products?
Prior to shipping, we inspect every product to ensure it is of the highest quality. However, in the rare case you receive an item with a fault, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of the item at hello@thirtythree-south.com. We will happily meet our legal obligations and uphold our high standard of customer service and may issue a refund or replace the product in question. If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Please do note that our baskets are handmade by artisans in weaving communities in Ghana, therefore they may contain slight imperfections in design, colour, shape or weave that do not impact on the function of the basket. This is completely normal and makes your purchase all the more special as they are truly one of a kind.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
